🔍 Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will serve our customers in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner. We are looking for someone with a drive and passion for the hospitality industry, capable of upholding the prestigious standards of the Leading Hotel of the World.

📋 Minimum Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Waitron at Fancourt, your responsibilities will include:

• Setup: Preparing the dining area, including cutlery, food, and equipment; maintaining cleanliness; and refilling condiments.

• Meal Service: Delivering meals in accordance with LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) standards, advising on menu items, taking and delivering orders, ensuring safe transportation of orders, and timely removal of trays.

• Billing: Processing bills accurately and efficiently.

• Clean and Reset: Cleaning up after your shift and preparing the workspace for the next shift.

• Willingness: Assisting with other duties as required to maintain team efficiency and service excellence.

📚 Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum of Grade 10 as a highest qualification.

• Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
