Purpose of the Learnership:

The Toyota Learnership Programme aims to equip you with the following skills through hands-on training:

• Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues.

• Safety Procedures: Learn essential safety protocols while handling tools.

• Manufacturing Techniques: Gain experience in assembly, drawing, marking, and welding.

• Machine Operation: Operate and monitor production machinery.

• Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces for manufacturing processes.

• Fire Fighting: Acquire foundational firefighting skills.

• Operations Management: Understand product dispatch and operational logistics.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Educational Background:

  • National Technical Certificate (N3-N6).

  • Matric/Technical Matric with Mathematics and Physical Science, Engineering Science, Electrical Trade Theory, Mechanical Trade Theory, or Motor Trade Theory.

Key Competencies:

As an ideal candidate, you should possess:

• Strong communication skills.

• Excellent planning and organizing abilities.

• Adaptability to changing environments.

• Analytical skills for problem-solving.

• Perseverance to push through challenges.

Successful completion of the learnership will earn you an NQF Level 3 certification.
