Key Responsibilities

As a VIP (Security) Officer, your main duties will include:

• Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene are maintained at all branch locations.

• Conducting perimeter patrols and monitoring for suspicious activities.

• Assisting with cash handling and stock management.

• Providing excellent guest service, creating a welcoming environment.

• Ensuring safety protocols and compliance with security regulations are followed.

What You Bring

To excel in this role, you must have:

• Qualification: Grade C Security certification.

• Experience: 1-2 years of security experience.

• Registration: Must be registered with PSIRA (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority).

• Computer Literacy: Proficient in using basic computer applications.

Bonus Skills:

• Valid driver’s license.

Employee Responsibilities

• Arrive at least 15 minutes before branch opening.

• Conduct thorough checks of the premises and ensure all safety gear (e.g., panic buttons, radios) is in operational condition.

• Maintain a professional demeanor, addressing guest inquiries and issues effectively.

• Adhere strictly to the Hollywoodbets Code of Conduct during your shift.
