Key Responsibilities:
Provide world-class customer service to all patrons.
Ensure the store is fully stocked and manage inventory effectively.
Utilize administration and IT systems for daily operations.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping experience.
Requirements:
Matric or equivalent qualification.
At least one year of retail/sales experience (this would be advantageous).
Strong verbal communication skills.
Must be able to work flexible retail hours.
Ability to carry and pack stock.
Hardworking, interactive, and engaging personality.
Reliable, trustworthy, and dependable character.
Passion for animals is essential (we provide training on all products).
