Key Responsibilities
Conduct clinical rounds with doctors.
Provide comprehensive physical, social, and emotional care to all patients allocated during your shift.
Perform hourly patient rounds and ensure compliance with doctor's orders.
Inform doctors of test results, changes in patient conditions, and any adverse reactions to treatments.
Assess patient needs, plan and implement nursing care, and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of care rendered.
Accurately document all interactions and interventions with patients.
Requirements
Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
Diploma or Degree in Nursing leading to qualification as a Registered Nurse.
Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in a medical or surgical ward is essential.
Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office) is essential.
SANC Registration as a Registered Nurse.
