Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Exceed customer expectations by employing effective customer selling techniques.

• Adhere to stock loss controls to ensure store integrity.

• Consistently meet individual sales targets.

• Identify opportunities to increase turnover and maximize sales.

• Maintain store cleanliness and uphold visual merchandising standards to optimize sales.

• Create an inspiring shopping environment for customers.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience: At least 6 months of retail experience.

• Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

• Knowledge: Understanding of current clothing trends and the outdoor lifestyle (depending on the brand applying for).
