Job Description

Managed People Solutions is offering exciting internship opportunities for young, unemployed, and ambitious individuals who are eager to gain workplace experience in the FMCG sector. Interns will be placed in retail stores to perform basic merchandiser duties over a 12-month period.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine stock to be merchandised.

• Draw stock requirements.

• Check product quality on the shelf, manage stock rotation, and ensure accurate price tags.

• Execute merchandising activities as per the provided cycle brief.

• Respond to customer complaints, queries, and requests effectively.

• Maintain knowledge of product details and current promotions.

• Record merchandising activities accurately.

• Execute calls according to the planned call cycle.

• Advise the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) on out-of-stock products.

Requirements

• Must be under 28 years old.

• Must have completed Matric (with passed Mathematics and English).

• Reside in Tembisa.
