Location: Mamelodi, Gauteng

Salary: R3,500.00 per month

Job Type: Fixed-term contract (12 months)

Work Schedule: 9 hours per shift, 5 shifts per week

Job Description:

Kickstart your career in retail with our Merchandiser Learnership! This program offers hands-on training and mentorship, equipping you with the skills needed to excel as a Merchandiser.

As a Merchandiser, your role will include:

• Ensuring store shelves are stocked with the right products, attractively displayed, and correctly priced.

• Counting, unpacking, and organizing stock.

• Creating seasonal displays and promotions.

• Monitoring stock levels and maintaining accurate records.

• Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to enhance product visibility.

• Advising customers and addressing any inquiries or complaints.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• A valid Matric certificate.

• Basic English proficiency.

• A clear criminal record.

• Residency within 15 km of Mamelodi.

• Your own smartphone with at least 10GB of storage.

Preferences:

• South African candidates are preferred.

• Previous learnership experience is a plus.
