LEARNERSHIP PROGRAMME: ROAD TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT

The Department of Community Safety and Transport Management invites applications for the Road Traffic Management Learnership Programme, aimed at unemployed youth aged between 18 and 35 in the North West Province. This programme offers a monthly stipend of R 4,000 over the duration of the three-year learnership.
Learnership Programme Requirements:
Eligibility:
Unemployed youth aged between 18 and 35
Grade 12 certificate (or Vocational National Certificate); statements of results will not be accepted.
Documents Required:
RSA identity document
Police Clearance Report (to be obtained within three weeks from the South African Police Services)
Medical report confirming the applicant's ability to perform strenuous activities (from a registered health professional with a stamp)
Valid driver's license (Codes 8, 10, and 14)
Proof of residence (obtained from your municipality and/or traditional council)
Note: No statements of account will be accepted.
Applicants who have previously participated in a learnership programme within the Public Service are not eligible.
Applicants who will be 36 years old at the start of the learnership will not be accepted.
Compliance Note:
Applications must be submitted using the updated Z83 form, effective 01 January 2021. The form must be fully completed, signed, and dated.
Incomplete applications using the incorrect application form will be disqualified.
The Z83 form must be accompanied by a detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV), including at least three references with updated contact details. Relevant qualifications should be mentioned in your CV.
Complete Sections A, B, C, and D of the Z83 form. Sections E, F, and G are not required.
Applications must include the correct reference number, position, and name of the Department.

Candidates must be available for selection interviews on a date and at a location determined by the Department.
