Are you a skilled Labour Relations professional looking for a challenging and rewarding role? Majuba TVET College is seeking a Labour Relations Officer to join their team in Newcastle, KwaZulu-Natal. This position offers a competitive salary of R308,154.00 per annum (Salary Level 7) plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and implement sound labour relations practices

• Provide expert advice on labour relations matters

• Participate in developing and executing labour relations policies and manuals

• Conduct capacity-building initiatives for stakeholders

• Manage and resolve grievances and disputes

• Represent the employer in conciliation and arbitration proceedings
