Key Responsibilities
As an IT Support Technician II, your main objectives will include:
Responding effectively to users’ needs for desktop and laptop technical support.
Providing professional, efficient, and accurate responses to staff IT needs.
Utilizing excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills to solve computer-related issues.
Collaborating within a team environment to enhance IT service delivery.
Requirements
To qualify for this position, candidates must have:
A Grade 12 certificate plus 4 years of relevant experience, which includes:
Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Practical knowledge of operating systems, networking, and office software.
Experience in a Windows desktop support environment.
Familiarity with ticket tracking systems and the Google Workspace environment.
