Minimum Requirements:
Education: Grade 12
Experience: 0-2 years of warehouse experience (role determined by experience).
Forklift/Reach Truck License: Required for relevant roles.
Skills: Proficient in Excel, attention to detail, good communication skills, ability to work under pressure, effective teamwork, deadline-driven, basic mathematical skills.
Availability: Must be willing to work day/night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Based on your designated role, your duties may involve:
General Worker: Ensuring timely return of overstocked, damaged, and short-dated stock to the Distribution Centre.
Picker: Accurately selecting stock for store deliveries.
Forklift/Reach Truck Driver: Loading/offloading trucks, as well as moving and stacking pallets.
Auditor: Conducting inventory counts, checking for damages, and verifying expiry dates.
Combiner: Consolidating stock on pallets in preparation for delivery.
