Job Description

Purpose:

The Waitron is responsible for ensuring that quality products are received and prepared for customers while adhering to standard operating procedures (SOP).

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with SOP.

• Ensure food safety standards are met following SOP.

• Prepare menu items in line with SOP while maintaining speed of service.

• Provide excellent customer service to all patrons.

Requirements:

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in restaurant or fast-food service.

• Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to deliver outstanding service to customers.

• Communication Skills: Good verbal communication skills.

• Education: National Senior Certificate (Matric).
