Department Overview
The KZN Department of Social Development is dedicated to improving the quality of life for residents and communities in KwaZulu-Natal. We are currently seeking a Cleaner to join our Head Office team in Pietermaritzburg.
Key Responsibilities
As a Cleaner, your duties will include:
Providing thorough cleaning services in the office of the MEC.
Keeping and maintaining cleaning materials and equipment in good condition.
Qualifications and Experience
To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Minimum qualification of Grade 10 or ABET Level 2.
No prior experience is required.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies
Basic understanding of cleaning equipment operation.
Familiarity with the Public Sector and Batho Pele principles.
