Job Description

Purpose:To ensure that quality products are received and prepared for customers according to standard operating procedures (SOP).

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with SOP.

• Ensure adherence to food safety standards as outlined in SOP.

• Prepare menu items according to SOP while ensuring speed of service.

• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the dining experience.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of related experience in restaurant or fast-food service.

• Customer Service Skills: Strong ability to engage positively with customers.

• Communication Skills: Good verbal communication skills.

• Education: National Senior Certificate (Matric).
