Key Responsibilities:
Act as an ambassador for our brand while providing an exceptional guest experience.
Exceed guests' expectations by identifying and delivering the best solutions.
Actively monitor sales performance against targets.
Sell a diverse range of products and stay updated on the latest trends and technologies.
Seek out and capitalize on opportunities for new business.
Assist with stock replenishment and visual merchandising to ensure the store is guest-ready at all times.
Qualifications:
Education: Grade 12 (Matric)
Skills Needed:
A genuine passion for people and customer service.
Target-driven with a strong experience focus.
Strong work ethic and hands-on attitude.
Ability to demonstrate initiative and deliver results.
Thrive under pressure and manage a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in management and strategic sales planning.
Proficient in customer value management and risk management within the store environment.
