Job Description
Main Purpose of the Job:
The Food Service Assistant is responsible for performing various tasks associated with food production and front-of-house services while ensuring all Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations are adhered to.
Education and Experience Required:
Working experience: Required in the Hospitality Industry.
Education: Matric is essential.
Customer Service Experience: Preferred but not essential.
Qualifications:
A qualification in Food and Beverage or Culinary Arts is an advantage.
Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:
Knowledge of basic food preparation.
Strong communication skills.
A commitment to personal appearance and hygiene.
Passion for delivering world-class service to clients and customers.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Perform a variety of tasks associated with food production.
Provide general support required in both front and back of house.
