Job Description
Responsibilities:
Act as an ambassador for the Jet brand, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Exceed customer expectations by identifying their needs and providing the best solutions.
Actively track sales performance against targets.
Sell a diverse range of products and stay up to date with the latest décor and fashion trends.
Seek opportunities for making new sales and enhancing store performance.
Assist with the replenishment of stock to ensure the store is always ready for customers.
Qualifications & Experience:
A minimum of a Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
Required Skills:
Passion for people and excellent customer service.
Target-driven with a strong focus on results.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Capability to work independently and take initiative.
High attention to detail.
Build customer loyalty and effectively navigate customer challenges.
