Role Purpose

As a Customer Service Consultant at Metrofile, your primary responsibility will be to maintain excellent customer relationships through effective service delivery. You will assist Account Managers with daily tasks aimed at retaining and growing defined portfolios. This role involves actively resolving client queries and identifying leads for Key Account Managers.


Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring service offerings meet customer needs and identifying leads across allocated Key Account Managers’ portfolios.

  • Resolving inquiries or queries escalated by Account Managers within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Maintaining client portfolio data integrity and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Assisting in preparing and presenting business proposals to existing and potential customers.

  • Maintaining close relationships with the Account Manager to capitalize on identified opportunities.

  • Managing documentation and records as per customers' document retention strategies and informing them of past due dates.

  • Addressing concerns and complaints related to your portfolio or allocated clients.


Minimum Qualifications, Experience, and Knowledge

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:

  • A 3-year B-Degree.

  • At least 6 years of solid knowledge in Sales, Channel and Consumer Marketing functions, Logistics, or Supply Chain.

  • Excellent command of the English language.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Attention to detail and a focus on achieving results.

  • Business acumen with the ability to communicate across all levels.

  • High computer literacy and excellent organizational skills.

  • Must own a vehicle and have a valid driver’s license.
