What Do We Do?

🌟 Key Responsibilities:
Develop a complete understanding of our entire product range.
Engage with customers to identify their needs and offer the best solutions.
Build and maintain great relationships with both new and existing customers.
Handle customer queries and take incoming calls with professionalism.
Prepare quotations for current and future orders.
Efficiently manage order flow and liaise with External Advisors as needed.
Ensure that product displays are stocked and presented excellently.
Process customer payments and oversee the cash desk when required.
Be available to work on weekends as needed.
🌟 What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a customer-focused role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook (experience with Syspro is a plus).
A bright personality who will resonate with our customers.
