Key Responsibilities 📋
As a Service Consultant, you will be responsible for:
Providing exceptional client service.
Understanding and fulfilling clients' banking needs.
Engaging with clients to promote Capitec Bank products and services.
Minimum Requirements 🚀
To be considered for this role, you need:
Experience:
Minimum: 3 to 6 months client service experience in a retail, financial, or banking environment OR
Alternative: A relevant tertiary qualification.
Ideal: More than 1 year of client service experience in a similar setting.
Education:
Minimum: Grade 12 National Certificate or Vocational qualification.
Preferred: A tertiary qualification in Commerce or similar, and certification in Finance or Banking.
Knowledge and Skills 📚
Candidates should have:
Basic Understanding: Basic calculations and general retail/service environment.
Ideal Knowledge:
Capitec Bank products.
Internal business processes and procedures.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
Conditions of Employment 🔒
Clear criminal and credit record.
Detectable and recognizable fingerprints on Capitec Bank's internal electronic banking system.
