Call Center Agent Job Description
The Unlimited Group is searching for motivated, outgoing individuals to fill the role of Outbound Sales Consultant Agents. In this role, you’ll be responsible for contacting potential customers and promoting our range of financial products. You’ll play a key role in building customer relationships, providing relevant product information, and helping clients make informed decisions.
Responsibilities
As a Call Center Agent at The Unlimited Group, your primary responsibilities will include:
Making outbound calls to prospective customers.
Engaging with clients and clearly communicating the benefits of financial products, including Medical GAP cover and Motor Warranty.
Identifying customer needs and providing personalized solutions.
Achieving set sales targets to earn uncapped commission in addition to the base salary.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends.
Representing The Unlimited Group professionally and building a positive rapport with clients.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
Matric Certificate: A minimum educational qualification required for eligibility.
Outbound Sales Experience: 6 to 12 months of outbound sales experience is preferred.
Industry Experience: Experience in Medical GAP and Motor Warranty is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for successful customer engagement.
