We are excited to announce our partnership with the government’s YES (Youth Employment Services) Programme aimed at alleviating youth unemployment in South Africa. This initiative is vital in providing work experience and skills development for young South African citizens.
Program Details
The YES Programme offers unemployed youth the chance to gain valuable skills and work experience in the logistics industry. This is a 12-month full-time program comprising 25 modules of both theoretical and practical components.

Qualifications & Requirements
To participate in the YES Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Completed Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent.
South African citizen.
Age: Between 18 and 34 years.
Must align with the Employment Equity (EE) requirements of the Programme.
Commitment: Available to work full-time for 12 months.
Interest: A strong interest in the Transport and Logistics industry.
Unemployed: Must be currently unemployed and not enrolled in any academic studies for 2025 during the Programme.
Previous Participation: Must not have participated in the YES Programme with any company before.
Key Responsibilities
Commitment: Fully engage in the fixed 12-month YES Programme.
Learning: Complete all 25 modules on the YES Platform, leading to a portfolio of evidence upon completion.
Self-Management: Be accountable and responsible for personal growth and development throughout the programme.
Skills & Competencies
Self-reliant and determined.
Accountable and responsible for managing self.
Basic computer literacy.
Punctual and dedicated.
Proficient in English.
