Job Overview:
The apprenticeship role involves delivering technical and diagnostic services effectively while executing predefined work objectives according to established standard operating procedures.
Specific Responsibilities:
As an Apprentice, your main responsibilities will include:
Identifying and applying solutions to operational problems and escalating unresolved issues.
Meeting performance targets as per service level agreements (SLAs).
Reporting on transactional activities to aid timely decision-making.
Executing work in compliance with governance processes to prevent financial losses.
Supporting the assigned technician as part of your learning process.
Attending training initiatives to improve work quality and enhance your skills.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
To be eligible for this exciting opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:
A National Senior Certificate with pure Mathematics and Physical Science.
Higher Certificates and/or Advanced National (Vocational) Certificates at NQF Level 04.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar environment.
A valid South African driver’s license.
