To be considered for this learnership, you must meet the following requirements:

  1. South African Citizenship: You must possess a valid South African Identity Document.

  2. Age: You should be a jobless youth aged between 18 and 35 years.

  3. Qualifications: A matric certificate or any relevant qualification is required. Additional qualifications in tourism or environmental studies will be an advantage.

  4. Language Proficiency: You should have good command of English.

  5. Location: You must reside within 28 kilometers of the placement area. Proof of residence (like a utility bill or a letter from a local authority) must be provided, dated within the last three months.

  6. Flexibility: You should be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

  7. Passion for Tourism: An enthusiastic interest in the tourism sector is essential.
