What You’ll Do as a Call Centre Agent 🤔

Requirements: Are You a Fit? ✔️

To qualify for this exciting position, candidates must meet the following:

• Education: Completed Grade 12.

• Experience: At least 2 years in customer care and call centre operations.

• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and strong communication abilities in multiple languages.
