Eligibility: You must reside within the Saldanha Bay Municipality area and provide proof of residence during the application process. 🏠

Both Trainee Traffic Officer and Learner Law Enforcement Officer roles are essential to ensuring that our beloved Saldanha Bay community remains safe and secure.

Trainee Traffic Officer 🚔

As a Trainee Traffic Officer, you will:

Enforce important legislation such as the National Road Traffic Act (NRTA 93/96) and the National Land Transport Act (NLTA 5/2009).
Help maintain order on our roads and ensure compliance with traffic laws.

Key Duties:

Make sure everyone is following the rules! 📜
Assist in delivering necessary services to achieve business objectives. ✔️

Requirements:

Grade 12 certificate.
Valid Code B driver’s license.
No criminal record.
Must be physically and mentally fit. 💪

Learner Law Enforcement Officer 👮

This role is vital for community safety through proactive crime prevention strategies.

Key Duties:

Conduct patrols and observe any unusual activity.
Respond quickly to emergency calls.

Grade 12 certificate.
Basic Law Enforcement qualification or Peace Officer certification.
Code B driver’s license.
No criminal record.
